Road and Track Closures

Sustainable Timber Tasmania will temporarily close a section of Tebrakunna Road and Counsels Road to replace two bridges at Great Musselroe River and Tinkle Creek.

Replacement work is expected to commence from 16th June 2025, outside of peak tourism season and will take approximately four weeks to complete, subject to unforeseen delays.

Tebrakunna Road and Counsels Road will be closed to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic from commencement of bridge works through to practical completion.

Clear signage will be placed at key junctures to inform road users.
