Forest Management Certification

Sustainable Timber Tasmania holds independent certification that provides third party assurance that we manage Tasmania’s public production forests sustainably, in accordance with Australian and global standards.

STT is certified to Responsible Wood’s Australia/New Zealand Standard for Sustainable Forest Management (AS/NZS 4708 2021). Responsible Wood is the Australian member of the Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) which is the world’s largest forest certification system.
